产品概述
QSFP-100G-LR4 是北亿纤通的一款 100Gb/s QSFP28 光收发模块，符合 100GBASE-LR4 规范与 QSFP28 MSA。模块在发送端将 4 路串行数据经恢复、重定时后送入 4 个 DFB 激光器驱动器，中心波长为 1296/1300/1305/1309nm，通过双工 LC 接口耦合到单根单模光纤；接收端经光解复用器分出 4 路信号，由 PIN 探测器与跨阻放大器恢复接收。模块在 9/125μm 单模光纤上支持 10km 传输，支持数字诊断监控接口，无需外部参考时钟，+3.3V 单电源供电、最大功耗 3.5W，全金属外壳提供优异的 EMI 性能，广泛用于数据中心 100G 单模互连。
