产品概述
FT-79-DT-NPR131-T002 是北亿纤通的低抖动低频光接收模块，专为接收单次脉冲信号设计。模块采用标准 1×9 管脚封装，插拔式 SC/PC 光接口，工作波长 1260~1360nm（中心 1310nm），正常工作最小接收光功率 -12dBm，饱和光功率典型值 1dBm，接收端带 50Ω 负载时输出电平大于 2V，输出信号抖动不超过 550ps，传输距离大于 500m。模块采用单 +5V 供电，工作电流约 115~120mA。
