北亿纤通800G LPO AOC是基于1310nm CW laser光源的硅光集成解决方案。它采用多通道PAM4技术，每通道的传输速率可达100Gbps，通过八个通道并行传输，实现了高达800Gbps的聚合带宽。800G LPO AOC光缆长度可定制不同长度。800G LPO AOC有着全面覆盖各种应用需求的封装形式，如：OSFP、QSFP-DD，其中OSFP可支持RHS、Finned-Top、Flat-Top等。800G LPO AOC所有设计均基于行业标准规范，例如IEEE Std 802.3bs、CMIS4.0 和 对应MSA 规范
