Mellanox MC220731V-005 Compatible 5m 56G FDR QSFP+ Active Optical Cable (QSFP+ to QSFP+ AOC Cable, Active OM3 5m)
56GBase-AOC QSFP+ to QSFP+ active optical cable operates over multimode fiber with a maximum transmission distance of 50 meters (164 feet). QSFP+ Active Optical Cables are direct-attach fiber optic assemblies with QSFP+ connectors that run over multimode fiber (MMF). This AOC complies with the SFF-8436 MSA standard. It over provides a cost-effective solution for 56Gbps connections within a rack and between adjacent racks compared to using discrete optical transceivers and fiber patch cords.
