可同时抛光24~76个连接器，非常适合批量生产 抛光过程采用液晶显示，可显示抛光时间、抛光速度和抛光次数，使过程质量更容易控制 抛光夹具采用方形压力，压力由弹性垫进决定研磨压力量，简单产品精度高且一致 符合IEC标准后可产生几何面 研究Mo的行星轨道。 IPC采用新型夹具（每个榫眼，独立压缩）技术使得工业生产的合格率更高，并且愿意对1个或24个连接器进行抛光，抛光效果相同，操作灵活性高 MU和LC连接器最大抛光24个连接器，SC、FC、ST可达20~40个 采用优质不锈钢材料处理，使机器保持极高的精度和使用率 1、使用SUNMA磨削夹具时无需调整设备，消除了零件松动和工艺的影响，干扰直通率高。 2.触摸屏操作，支持12种以上程序存储和调用，更换产品时只需在触摸屏上选择相应产品即可，无需调整压力、时间、速度，简化操作流程和强度，提高 质量稳定性。 3、调速、压力、时间、缓启动、加压、研磨补偿参数及每个研磨垫等参数均可单独设置，研磨过程中可实时显示相关参数的设定值和当前实际值 过程。 4、结构更稳定，压力范围更广，研磨过程中压力基本无跳动。 可同时研磨48个产品，并保持设备稳定。 5、支持慢启动、慢加压、研磨补偿、研磨时间逐渐增加等高级功能选项，有利于保证产品质量，减少磨盘损耗。 6、主要原件采用国际知名品牌，主题结构经过3年左右的测试，结构寿命和精度长期保持。
