产品概述
FTTR-B1303T-40FI 是北亿纤通推出的 1×9 封装单纤双向（BIDI）收发一体光模块，符合多源 1×9 协议。模块发射端为 1310nm 激光器、接收端为 1550nm，一根光纤即可实现双向 155Mbps 数据传输，单模光纤距离可达 40km。SC/ST/FC 单光接口可选，(LV)PECL 差分输入输出与 (LV)TTL 信号检测，符合 Class 1 激光安全标准，3.3V 或 5V 供电可选，标准级 0~70°C / 工业级 -40~85°C。
工作温度：商业级/工业级/军品级可选
