BYBR-5803ATZ01-GC 是一款 1×9 封装的多模双纤光收发模块，数据速率 155Mbps（最高支持 200Mbps），传输距离 2km。发射端采用 MQW 结构的非制冷激光二极管，中心波长 1310nm/1550nm FP；接收端灵敏度可达 -32dBm。模块支持 +3.3V 或 +5V 单电源供电，光接口可选 SC/FC/ST，电接口为 PECL/LVPECL 差分信号，符合 Fast Ethernet 与 ITU-T G.957 规范，并满足 Telcordia GR-468-CORE 可靠性要求。该型号兼容替换 AVAGO(安华高) AFBR-5803ATZ，是国产替代的优选方案。
