BYGPON-OLT-D 是北亿纤通推出的 GPON OLT 侧 SFP 光收发一体模块，符合 ITU-T G.984.2 标准与 Class C+++ 功率等级规范。模块下行速率 2488Mbps、上行速率 1244Mbps，采用 1490nm DFB 连续模式激光发射、1310nm 突发模式 APD-TIA 接收，内置 WDM 滤波器实现双波长工作，输出光功率典型值 +8dBm，接收灵敏度优于 -35dBm，支持 20km 传输距离。模块支持 SFF-8472 数字诊断监控，单 3.3V 供电，SC 光接口，热插拔设计，是 GPON 局端设备的理想光接口方案。
