FTTR-1303-20 是北亿纤通推出的 155Mbps 单模双纤 1×9 光收发一体模块，采用 1310nm FP 激光器，SC 单工光接口，单模光纤传输距离 20km。模块符合 SONET OC-3 与 SDH STM-1 规范，标准 1×9 管脚封装，3.3V/5V 供电，带信号检测指示，适用于 PDH/SDH 接入、电力通信与工业控制的光纤链路。
