可同时抛光24~40个连接器，非常适合批量生产 抛光过程采用液晶显示，可显示抛光时间、抛光速度和抛光次数，使过程质量更容易控制 抛光夹具采用方形压力，压力由弹性垫进决定研磨压力量，简单产品精度高且一致 符合IEC标准后可产生几何面 研究Mo的行星轨道。 IPC采用新型夹具（每个榫眼，独立压缩）技术使得工业生产的合格率更高，并且愿意对1个或24个连接器进行抛光，抛光效果相同，操作灵活性高 MU和LC连接器最大抛光24个连接器，SC、FC、ST可达20~40个 采用优质不锈钢材料处理，使机器保持极高的精度和使用率 适用于大批量生产，抛光夹具采用4点固定，抛光压力由螺旋弹簧和弹性垫决定。 专为行星托盘抛光方式而设计。 采用全新I.P.C夹具技术（每个插芯单独压制），使成品良率大大提高。 双APC和PC抛光，可容纳大多数类型的连接器 处理各种连接器效率高。 MU、LC连接器最大抛光数量为24个； SC、FC、ST连接器的最大抛光数量为20个。 抛光机采用优质不锈钢制造，经热处理，精度高，耐用。 更换治具快速，操作方便灵活。 APC 回波损耗低至 -70 dB，UPC 回波损耗低至 -60 dB，插入损耗典型值为 0.2 dB 超强定心精度 优异的连接器端面抛光质量。
