400G QSFP112 LR4 PAM4 Optical Transceiver Module (1271nm, 1291nm, 1311nm, 1331nm Duplex LC SMF 10km with FEC DDM)
The QSFP112 400GBASE LR4 transceiver module is designed for 400G Ethernet links over 10km of single-mode fiber. The module contains 4 parallel channels at a center wavelength of CWDM, each operating at 106.25G. On the receiver path, 4 photodiodes and a 4-channel TIA array are used, along with PAM4 re-timers.
