
光纤熔锥系统是采用真空吸附和专用夹具,将两根或多根光纤一起定位并夹紧在光学平台上,并以一定的方式去除被涂覆一层的两根或多根裸纤旋转, 轴上(仅指保偏光纤)靠拢,在氢氧焰中加热熔化,也以一定的速度向两侧拉伸,最终在加热区形成双锥形式的特殊波导结构,从而 制作全光纤耦合器和光纤锥的目的。
