可对BPON/EPON/GPON上的语音、数据、视频信号同步测量和显示进行实验。 提供光纤上所有三个波长（1490nm、1550nm、1310nm）的同时测量 用于1310nm上行突发模式测量。 使用软件与PC连接，设置阈值、数据传输、校准波长。 USB通讯端口可将数据传输至PC。1000个测量项目可保存在3213 PON功率计或计算机中以供数据查看。 带光功率计模块，包括850、1300、1310、1490、1550、1625sixs（3213AP，3213A不带850nm波长）；带可视故障定位仪模块（3213和3213AV）单口光功率计和VFL（仅3213A） 可选中/英文显示。 总共提供多达10个不同的阈值设置，三个状态LED分别代表通过、警告和失败的不同光信号条件。 10 分钟自动关闭功能可启动或关闭 良好的按键设计，灵敏度高，大大减小了测试仪的体积和重量。 不同的型号对应不同的功能，根据自己的用途来选择。
