FT-95-RS-1531-20I-GC 是北亿纤通采用纯国产零部件设计的 MiniSFF 光收发一体模块，工作速率最高 3.125Gbps，采用 1550nm DFB 激光发射器与 PIN 光电探测接收器，双 LC 光接口，在单模光纤上可传输 20km。模块采用全金属外壳与表贴 I/O 引脚，军品级温度范围配合耐振动设计，3.3V 单电源供电，适用于各类光纤通信链路。
