产品概述
BXCS-8503-02DI 是高性能、低成本的 SFP 多模收发一体光模块，支持数据速率 50~200Mbps（典型 155Mbps），在 50/125μm 或 62.5/125μm 多模光纤上传输距离 2km。发射端采用 850nm VCSEL 激光器，接收端为 GaAs PIN-TIA 光电探测器，符合 IEC825 与 CDRH I 级激光安全要求。模块符合 SFP MSA、SFF-8472 与 ITU-T G.957，具备数字诊断监测接口，本型号为工业级温度版本。
