MTP® 主干光纤跳线是耗时的现场端接的经济高效替代方案，专为需要节省空间并减少光纤跳线管理麻烦的数据中心的高密度光纤插接而设计。
OM5 光纤 100% 符合标准，满足所有 OM3 和 OM4 规范，并附加了补偿模态色散和色散的差模延迟 (DMD) 要求。 它们还包括 953 nm 处的附加带宽特性，以在使用 SWDM 时支持更长的距离。 OM5 光纤适用于需要快速基础设施部署和扩展范围并希望维持整个基础设施带宽的数据中心。
