FTCS-151X-H2D是一款高性能、经济型的10Gbps SFP+光收发一体模块，支持最高10.7Gbps速率，单模光纤传输距离最远120km。模块由制冷EML激光发射器、APD光电二极管集成跨阻放大器（TIA）与MCU控制单元三部分组成，满足一类激光安全要求。模块符合SFP+多源协议与SFF-8472数字诊断功能，热插拔SFP+封装，LC双工接口，单+3.3V供电。
工作温度：商业级/工业级/军品级可选
