FTRC-131X-10I-GC 是北亿纤通推出的 10G 高速收发一体光模块，专为高速通信网络设计。模块采用 1310nm DFB 激光发射器，支持 1~10.5Gbps 数据速率，LC 双工光接口，多模光纤可传 300m（OM3）、单模光纤可达 10km。提供串行 ID 与实时数字诊断监控接口（温度、偏置电流、收发光功率、电压），符合 Class 1 激光安全标准，3.3V 单电源供电，标准级 0~70°C / 工业级 -40~85°C 可选。
