产品概述
FTMF-851X-02D 是北亿纤通的 10Gbps MiniSFF LC 双纤光收发模块，采用 850nm VCSEL 激光器，速率 10.3125Gbps，搭配 OM3 多模光纤可传输 300m（OM2 为 82m、OM1 为 33m），主要面向 10GE 以太网短距互联。模块采用表贴 I/O 引脚与全金属外壳、螺钉安装，抗振动设计，支持 SFF-8472 数字诊断功能。产品分商业级（02D，0~70℃）与工业级（02DI，-40~85℃）两个版本，单 3.3V 供电。
