产品概述
FTQ2-HG-4WDM-40I 是北亿纤通推出的一款 100Gb/s QSFP28 光收发模块，遵循 QSFP28 4WDM 40km MSA 规范。模块将 4 路 25Gb/s 电信号转换为 4 路 LAN-WDM 光信号并复用到一根光纤中传输，接收端反向解复用并转为电信号。发射端采用制冷 LAN-WDM DFB 激光器，中心波长为 1295.56/1300.05/1304.58/1309.14nm，接收端采用高灵敏度 APD，在 G.652 单模光纤上无需 FEC 可达 30km、配合 FEC 可达 40km。收发双向内置 CDR 电路，功耗低于 3.8W，热插拔 QSFP28 封装配双工 LC 接口，是 100GBASE-ER4 长距链路的理想选择。
