BYQ2-B13HG-20 与 BYQ2-B29HG-20 是一对 100Gb/s QSFP28 单纤双向光模块，采用 PAM4 调制，单通道速率 106.25Gb/s，分别以 1291nm 与 1311nm EML 激光器发射，单根单模光纤传输可达 20km。两型号成对使用，单纤即可承载 100G 链路，适合光纤资源紧张的数据中心互连与城域汇聚。
