产品概述
FTPL-4TR1X-02I 是北亿纤通推出的 PLCC 四路并行光收发一体模块，为甚短距离高速数据处理与传输提供高可靠的多路数据链路。模块由 4 路光发射与 4 路光接收通道组成，每通道速率 10Gbps，合计 80Gbps 传输能力；采用 850nm VCSEL 激光器阵列与探测器阵列，支持 62.5/125um 与 50/125um 多模扁带光纤，OM3 光纤传输可达 100m 以上。3.3V 单电源供电，提供 I2C 兼容的两线串行诊断接口，每通道可单独编程与关断，工作温度范围宽、耐潮湿、抗振动、抗电磁干扰，商业级、工业级与军品级可选，适用于车载、机载、舰载与高海拔环境。
