FT-61-CS-13L1B-20I 型低速率 SFP 光收发一体模块速率可达 10Mb/s，1310nm FP 激光器发射，在单模光纤上传输 20km，发射光功率不低于 -8dBm，接收灵敏度不差于 -20dBm，消光比 8.2dB，接收过载 -3dBm。模块采用全金属外壳与塑料端塞结构、LC 插座，可热插拔，单 +3.3V 供电，符合 SFP 多源协议，工业级工作温度 -40~+85℃，适用于电力控制与工业控制中 RS232、RS485 光电转换、速率可达 10Mbps 的城域网应用。模块具备信号检测指示，发送与接收电路集成于一体，标准 PECL 数据输入输出。
