FTQA-4H-FR4是一款400Gb/s QSFP112光模块，采用4路100Gb/s(PAM4)电气输入转换为4路CWDM光信号并复用到单路传输。发射端采用4×100G PAM4 EML激光器，中心波长为1271/1291/1311/1331nm，符合100G Lambda MSA 400G-FR4规范，支持QSFP112 MSA V2.0与CMIS Rev 5.0，需主机FEC支持2km光纤传输。
工作温度：商业级/工业级/军品级可选
