FTOA-4H-SR4是北亿纤通400G OSFP-RHS SR4光模块，采用集成850nm VCSEL阵列与PD阵列，单通道数据速率最高106.25Gbps（PAM4调制）。符合IEEE 802.3db、OSFP MSA Rev5.0与CMIS Rev4.0规范，在OM4多模光纤上最长传输50m，采用MPO-12 APC光接口，最大功耗9W。
工作温度：商业级/工业级/军品级可选
