FTCS-13HG-10D 是北亿纤通单通道可插拔 100G SFP112 光收发一体模块，用于 53.125GBd PAM4 以太网应用，符合 100G Lambda 100G LR1-10 与 IEEE 802.3cu 标准。模块采用高性能制冷 EML 发射机与高灵敏度 PIN 接收机，在 G.652 单模光纤上支持 106.25Gbps 速率最长 10km 传输（KP-FEC）。电接口为 20 针边缘连接器，光接口为 LC 双工，符合 SFF-DD MSA 与 CMIS 管理接口规范，支持通过 2 线串行接口进行数字诊断监控。
