FTPL-4TR62-02MB-GC 是北亿纤通推出的 PLCC 四路并行光收发一体模块，全国产化、军品级。模块由 4 路光发射与 4 路光接收通道组成，每通道速率 6.25Gbps，合计 50Gbps 数字传输能力；采用 850nm VCSEL 激光器阵列与 PIN 探测器阵列，支持 62.5/125um 与 50/125um 多模扁带光纤，OM3 光纤传输可达 100m。MPO/MTP 光接口，MT 尾纤输出（长度可定制），3.3V 单电源供电，提供与 I2C 兼容的两线串行诊断接口，每个通道可单独编程与关断，抗振动、抗电磁干扰，适用于车载、机载、舰载与高海拔环境。
