产品概述
FTQD-4H-DR4是北亿纤通400G QSFP-DD DR4硅光模块，符合IEEE 400GBASE-DR4与QSFP-DD MSA规范。将8路26.5625GBd PAM4电通道（400GAUI-8）合成为4路53.125GBd PAM4光通道，在单模光纤上实现500m传输。采用MPO-12光接口与I2C管理接口，单3.3V供电，功耗低于9W，工作温度0~70℃。
