FTMF-15LA-02M-GC 是北亿纤通采用纯国产零部件设计的 MiniSFF 光收发一体模块，支持 DC~20Mbps 数据速率，采用 1550nm 激光发射器与 PIN 光电探测接收器，双 LC 光接口，传输距离达 2km。模块采用全金属外壳，工作温度覆盖 -55~+85℃ 并具备耐振动设计，3.3V 单电源供电，LVTTL 电平接口，适用于各类光纤通信链路。
