FTCQ-4X-LX4-GC 是北亿纤通国产 40G QSFP+ LX4 光模块，采用非制冷 4×10Gb/s CWDM 发射架构，单通道速率 10.3125Gbps，工作波长 1270/1290/1310/1330nm，在 OM3 多模光纤上传输 140m、OM4 上 160m、单模光纤上 1km。模块符合 QSFP+ 封装规范，支持 Infiniband SDR/DDR/QDR，单 3.3V 供电，功耗 3.5W，支持数字诊断监控，0~70℃工作，适用于数据中心骨干、以太网交换机与高性能计算集群互联。
工作温度：商业级/工业级/军品级可选
