产品概述
FTCQ-4X-ZR4 是北亿纤通为 80km 光通信应用设计的 40Gb/s QSFP+ 光收发一体模块，符合 IEEE 802.3ba 40GBASE-ZR4 标准。模块将 4 路 10Gb/s 电信号转换为 4 路 DWDM 光信号并复用为单通道 40Gb/s 光传输；接收端解复用后转为 4 路电信号输出。4 个 DWDM 通道中心波长为 1530.33nm、1535.04nm、1539.77nm、1544.53nm，采用 C 波段 EML 发射机与 APD 光电探测器，LC 双工光接口，38 针电接口，符合 QSFP MSA，支持通过 2 线串行接口进行数字诊断监控。
