FTAF-M1303-02IDC 是北亿纤通推出的 155Mbps 2×5 SFF 多模光收发一体模块，采用 1310nm FP 激光器，在 62.5/125μm 多模光纤上最远传输 2km。模块数据速率 10~200Mbps，发射光功率 -20~-14dBm，消光比 10dB，接收灵敏度 -32dBm，饱和光功率 -3dBm，LC 双工光接口，LVPECL 差分输入输出与信号检测，3.3V 供电，标准温度 0~+70℃或工业级 -40~+85℃可选。与已发布 FTAF-M1303-02X（5km 版）相比，本型号为 2km 版，发射光功率与传输距离不同。
