FT-95-RS-T13L4-10I 是北亿纤通推出的 0~100Mbps MiniSFF LVTTL 单模光发射器，采用 1310nm DFB 激光器，MiniSFF FC 尾纤发射结构，单模传输 10km。发射器平均输出光功率 -6~-3dBm，光中心波长 1260~1360nm，输出谱宽 -20dB 宽度 1nm，边模抑制比 30dB，消光比 10dB，LVTTL 数据输入，单 3.3V 供电，全金属外壳，商业级 0~+70℃或工业级 -40~+85℃可选，适用于低速率总线传输与非平衡信号透明传输系统，与 FT-95-RS-R13L4-10I 接收器配对使用。
