产品概述
FTAF-B1503-20I-GC 是北亿纤通推出的 155M 2×5 SFF 单纤双向单模收发一体光模块，采用纯国产零部件。模块发射波长 1550nm、接收波长 1310nm，与 FTAF-B1303-20I-GC（发射 1310nm/接收 1550nm）配对使用，通过单根光纤实现双向 20km 传输。单 3.3V 供电，SC 接口，差分 CML 信号，SD 输出 LVTTL 电平，符合 IEC-60825 Class 1 激光安全标准。
工作温度：商业级/工业级/军品级可选
