FTCS-1312-10DIWN 是北亿纤通推出的 1.25Gbps SFP 单模双纤光收发一体模块，采用 1310nm FP 激光器发射器、PIN 光电二极管集成跨阻放大器（TIA）及 MCU 控制单元，在 9/125μm 单模光纤上可传输 10km。模块发射光功率 -9~0dBm，消光比 9.0dB，接收灵敏度 -23dBm，过载光功率 -1dBm，接收波长范围宽达 1260~1610nm，双工 LC 接口，带数字诊断监控，单 3.3V 供电。
