ZTCS-1303-20DP 型 SFP 光收发一体模块支持 155Mbps 数据链路，1310nm 中心波长，在 9/125μm 单模光纤上可传输 20km。模块符合 SFP 多源协议（MSA）与 SFF-8472 数字诊断规范，热插拔双纤 LC 接口，全金属外壳具备优异的电磁屏蔽性能，工业级工作温度 -40~+85℃，适用于 SONET OC-3、SDH STM-1、光纤通道及交换机互联等光传输系统。
