产品概述
FT-73-SFP-VOA-B-N 是北亿纤通推出的 SFP 封装可调光衰减器（VOA）模块，工作于 C 波段 1525~1565nm。模块内部不含监控 PD，由主机通过 I2C 总线设置衰减值，衰减标定范围≥21.5dB、动态范围≥20dB，调节时间小于 300ms。模块内置温度传感器与 E2PROM 电子标签（支持在线升级），采用 TX_Disable 引脚实现阻断功能（阻断衰减≥35dB），供电为 DC 3.3V，支持热插拔，电接口符合 SFP MSA 协议。
工作温度：商业级/工业级/军品级可选
