产品概述
FTTR-13L2-40 是北亿纤通 1×9 封装光收发一体模块（商业级版本；另有工业级 FTTR-13L2-40I），采用标准 1×9 封装、双 SC/FC/ST 接口可选，与 Multisource 协议兼容。发射器件选用工作波长 1310nm 的 FP 激光器，接收采用平面结构 InGaAsP PIN 探测器，TTL 信号检测逻辑电平，传输速率 0~10Mbps，传输距离达 40 公里。单电源 3.3V 或 5V 供电，低功耗，符合 RoHS 环保要求，适用于 155M 及以下速率的光纤接入网、PDH 系统与 STM-1 应用。
