产品概述
BYCS-B1331-20D/BYCS-B1531-20D 是高性能、低成本的 SFP 单纤双向收发一体光模块，数据速率 3.125Gbps，在 9/125μm 单模光纤上传输距离 20km。模块由三部分组成：激光发射器、集成跨阻放大器的 PIN 光电二极管接收器和 DDMI 控制单元，满足 I 级激光安全要求。B1331 发射波长 1310nm、接收 1510nm；B1531 发射波长 1510nm、接收 1310nm，两只成对使用，节省一半光纤资源。符合 SFP MSA、SFF-8472 与 ITU-T G.957。
工作温度：商业级/工业级/军品级可选
