FTCS-Dxx25G-15D是北亿纤通25G SFP28 DWDM光模块，采用C波段100GHz ITU网格制冷EML激光器与APD光电二极管。符合SFP+ MSA与SFF-8472规范，在单模光纤上最长传输15km，波长覆盖1521.79~1567.95nm（C12~C70通道），支持实时数字诊断监控，功耗低于2W。
