F-tone Networks FTCO-AT-SR16 是一款 1.6T OSFP-XD SR16 LPO 光模块，采用 16 路 106.25Gb/s PAM4 调制（电接口 16×100GAUI-1），总带宽 1.6T。模块内置 850nm VCSEL 阵列与 PD 阵列，无 DSP/CDR 的 LPO 架构带来更低功耗与更低时延。模块支持 OM3 光纤 20m、OM4 光纤 50m 传输，符合 OSFP-XD MSA 1.1 与 CMIS 5.2 标准，单 3.3V 供电、功耗最大 8.5W。
