产品概述
FTAF-1303-40I是北亿纤通推出的155Mb/s SFF 2×5封装光收发一体模块（PT7323系列），发射端采用1310nm MQW FP激光二极管并带APC与温度补偿电路，接收端采用气密封装的InGaAs PIN-TIA与限幅放大器。模块符合SFF多源协议，采用双工LC插座与全金属外壳以降低EMI，3.3V单电源供电，LVPECL逻辑接口简化外部电路设计，单模光纤传输40公里，是SONET OC-3 IR-1/SDH STM S-1.1与快速以太网链路的高性价比方案。
