FTAF-1303-20M是北亿纤通推出的155Mbps SFF 2×5封装军品级光收发一体模块，采用1310nm激光发射器，平均输出光功率-14~-5dBm，接收灵敏度-34dBm。模块符合SFF多源协议标准2×5引脚封装，采用双工LC连接器，3.3V单电源供电，LVPECL/CML信号输入输出与TTL信号检测，低功耗设计，具备良好的射频电磁场抗扰度与优异的EMC/EMI性能，单模光纤20公里传输，适用于电信、数据通信及军用级严苛环境应用。
