产品概述
QSFP-40G-SR4IZ 是高性能、低成本 40Gbps QSFP+ SR4 光收发一体模块，支持 40Gbps 数据速率与多模光纤传输。模块由 4 通道 850nm VCSEL 阵列、4 通道 PIN 光电探测器阵列与 MCU 控制单元三部分组成，满足 Class I 激光安全要求，兼容 IEEE 802.3ba 40GBASE-SR4 标准与 SFF-8436 规范。OM3 多模光纤最大链路长度 100m，OM4 多模光纤 150m。单 +3.3V 供电，工业级工作温度 -40~+85℃，支持实时数字诊断监控。
