产品概述
FTCS-1312-20DT 是支持 1.25Gbps/1.0625Gbps 双速率、单模光纤 20km 传输的高性能 SFP 光收发一体模块。模块由 FP 激光器发射器、PIN 光电二极管集成跨阻放大器（TIA）及 MCU 控制单元三部分组成，满足 I 类激光安全要求。模块兼容 SFP 多源协议（MSA）与 SFF-8472，采用双工 LC 接口，数字诊断监控支持内部校准与外部校准两种模式。
工作温度：商业级/工业级/军品级可选
