FTCS-1303-60DI 是北亿纤通推出的 155Mb/s SFP 光收发模块，LC 双工光接口，发射端为 1310nm FP 激光器、接收端为 PIN 探测器，9/125μm 单模光纤传输可达 60km，链路预算高达 28dB。模块符合 SFF-8472 数字诊断监控接口，标准 AC 耦合 CML 高速信号与 LVTTL 控制信号，低功耗（典型 <1.5W），单 3.3V 供电，符合 RoHS 规范。
