FTCQ-4X-SR4是北亿纤通QSFP+ 40G SR4光模块，符合IEEE 802.3ba 40GBASE-SR4与SFF-8436规范。采用4路10.3125Gbps NRZ电通道、850nm VCSEL发射与PIN接收阵列，在OM3多模光纤上支持100m传输（OM4光纤可达150m）。模块支持DDM数字诊断监控，单3.3V供电，商用级工作温度0~70℃，适用于40G以太网互连与数据中心高密度链路。
