产品概述
SFP-VOA 是北亿纤通设计制造的小型化 SFP 封装可调光衰减器模块，基于 ESVOA 与 I2C 控制技术。模块封装完全符合 SFP 标准，可热插拔，通过 I2C 接口实现衰减量精确控制，衰减分辨率达 0.1dB，0dB 档衰减精度 ±0.7dB，20dB 档 ±1.5dB。工作波长范围 1524~1564nm，阻断衰减高达 35dB，插入损耗仅 0.8~1.5dB，偏振相关损耗低（0dB 档 ≤0.5dB），响应时间 5ms，功耗仅 1mW。模块电气接口与 SFP 光模块兼容，通信协议基于 SFF-8472，支持温度与接收功率实时监测。
