产品概述
FTCS-M1303-02I-L 是北亿纤通面向低速通信网络推出的 SFP 光收发一体模块，支持最高 200Mbps 数据速率，采用 1310nm FP 激光发射器与 LC 双工光接口，在 62.5/125μm 多模光纤上可传输 2km。模块完全符合 SFP MSA 多源协议，内置数字诊断监控功能，可实时监测温度、偏置电流及收发光功率，低功耗设计，工业级温度版本可选，适用于 ATM、SONET/SDH 及 100Mbps 以太网设备。
工作温度：商业级/工业级/军品级可选
