FTTR-13L2-20I-5F-GC 是北亿纤通全国产（GC）1×9 封装单模双纤光收发一体模块，传输速率 10Mb/s。发射器件采用 1310nm FP 激光器，输出平均光功率 -9~-3dBm，接收灵敏度≤-20dBm，单模双纤传输距离 20km。支持 +3.3V/+5V 供电，接口电平兼容标准 TTL 与 CMOS 电平，SC/FC/ST 或尾纤型光接口，功耗极低。
工作温度：商业级/工业级/军品级可选
